Philadelphia Eagles at Green Bay Packers
- Spread Odds: Green Bay Packers -4.5
- Total: 45.0
The Green Bay Packers are a perfect 3-0 on the season, and they will be playing at Lambeau Field for the third straight week. Green Bay is actually winning games on defense this season, which is a huge change.
Philadelphia is dealing with a ton of injuries already in 2019, and quarterback Carson Wentz just doesn’t have anyone to throw the ball to because of that. The Eagles are just 1-2 on the season, and they are going to lose their third straight in this one.
The Packers at Lambeau are just too good, and they will win this game.
Carolina Panthers at Houston Texans
- Spread Odds: Houston Texans -5.0
- Total: 46.5
Cam Newton will miss this game for the Carolina Panthers, and that is a huge blow to a struggling offense. Running back Christian McCaffrey has done it all this season for the Panthers, but he will need some help.
Houston is just a play or two away from being 3-0 this season, and they are tough to beat at home. The Texans are terrific on both sides of the ball, and they will win this game by double-digits over the Carolina Panthers.
Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens
- Spread Odds: Baltimore Ravens -7.0
- Total: 46.0
The top two teams in the AFC North will square off in Week 4 in what should be a terrific game. The Browns entered the season with plenty of hype, but it has been the Ravens who have been better so far in 2019.
Lamar Jackson is putting up eye-popping numbers for the Ravens at quarterback, and Baltimore runs it better than any other team in the league. Cleveland is still looking to find a rhythm on offense, and its defense is banged up.
Taking the Baltimore Ravens -7.0 is the right pick in this game.
Washington Redskins at New York Giants
- Spread Odds: New York Giants -3.0
- Total: 47.5
The New York Giants have found themselves a quarterback, and he led them to a comeback win in Week 3. Rookie Daniel Jones accounted for four touchdowns in the Giants’ win over Tampa Bay, but New York also lost running back Saquon Barkley in that game.
Washington got embarrassed by the Chicago Bears on Monday night, and they don’t have much of an offense. The Redskins will need to score points to win this game, and that is a problem.
Bet on Jones and the Giants -3.0 to win their second straight game.
Los Angeles Chargers at Miami Dolphins
- Spread Odds: Los Angeles Chargers -16.0
- Total: 44.5
The Miami Dolphins are huge underdogs again this week with the Los Angeles Chargers coming to town. Los Angeles is a surprising 1-2 so far this season, while the Dolphins are 0-3.
Los Angeles is clearly missing Melvin Gordon on offense, and quarterback Philip Rivers has struggled with turnovers. Miami has not done much of anything right this season, and their players appear to have given up.
This game won’t be close, as the Los Angeles Chargers are going to roll over the Miami Dolphins.
Oakland Raiders at Indianapolis Colts
- Spread Odds: Indianapolis Colts -7.0
- Total: 45.0
The Indianapolis Colts were supposed to take a huge step back with Andrew Luck announcing his retirement, but that hasn’t been the case. Jacoby Brissett has been terrific this season, and the Colts have one of the top defenses in the league.
Oakland looked great in Week 1 but has really struggled since. The Raiders are dealing with some injury concerns, and their defense still has a long ways to go.
Bet the Indianapolis Colts -7.0 over the Oakland Raiders in this game.
Kansas City Chiefs at Detroit Lions
- Spread Odds: Kansas City Chiefs -6.0
- Total: 54.0
The Kansas City Chiefs can score points in a hurry, and they are taking on a below-average defense in this game. Detroit has been a huge surprise this season, but it has been quarterback Matthew Stafford leading the charge.
Winning on the road in the NFL is never easy, but the Chiefs just aren’t going to lose many games, period. Kansas City has a ton of elite talent, and they will find a way to get it done in Detroit.
New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills
- Spread Odds: New England Patriots -7.0
- Total: 42.5
The AFC East has a pair of 3-0 teams so far this season, and they will meet up in this game. The Patriots were expected to be 3-0 after the first three games, but the Buffalo Bills were not. These teams have both been getting the job done on defense this season.
Tom Brady is having another terrific season for the New England Patriots, despite losing a ton of weapons. Buffalo is averaging just over 22 points per game this season, but their defense is legit. The Bills just can’t score enough points, and that will spell doom in this game.
Bet the New England Patriots -7.0 over the Buffalo Bills in this game.
Tennessee Titans at Atlanta Falcons
- Spread Odds: Atlanta Falcons -4.0
- Total: 45.5
The Atlanta Falcons are a tough team to figure out. One week they are playing great in beating the Philadelphia Eagles, but then they struggle in a Week 3 loss to the Colts. Playing at home has been a huge key for the Falcons in recent seasons, and they are 1-0 at home in 2019.
Tennessee will need to put up some points to keep up in this game, and that has been a big challenge. Marcus Mariota just does not look like a franchise quarterback, and the Titans can’t run over everyone.
Picking the Falcons -4.0 to win at home is the right play in this game.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Los Angeles Rams
- Spread Odds: Los Angeles Rams -10.0
- Total: 50.5
If you are a fan of offense, then this is the game for you. The Los Angeles Rams have a ton of elite talent on offense, and the Buccaneers love to throw the ball deep. Los Angeles can also play some defense as well, and that will be a huge key in this game.
Shaq Barrett has eight sacks already to lead the Bucs defense, but that’s about all they have. Quarterback Jameis Winston will throw it deep, but he is also prone to make mistakes.
The Rams are just the better team in this game, and they will find a way to cruise to victory.
Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals
- Spread Odds: Seattle Seahawks -5.0
- Total: 47.5
Seattle heads to Arizona in Week 4 for a matchup of teams in the NFC West. The Seahawks will be looking to bounce back after suffering a home loss to the Saints in Week 3. Arizona is still looking for its first win of the season, but they have been competitive.
The Cardinals employ the “Air Raid” offense, but most of those passes are for short gains. Russell Wilson is playing great for the Seattle Seahawks, and they have a solid defense again.
Arizona will get a win soon, but it won’t be this week as the Seahawks get back on track.
Minnesota Vikings at Chicago Bears
- Spread Odds: Chicago Bears -2.5
- Total: 38.0
Don’t expect much offense when the Minnesota Vikings visit the Chicago Bears on Sunday afternoon. Both teams feature terrific defenses that are great at stopping the run. Chicago swept Minnesota a season ago, and the Vikings will be out for revenge.
Minnesota is 0-1 on the road this season, and they will not be able to knock off the Bears at Soldier Field. The Chicago Bears finally found some offense in Week 3, and that should continue in this game.
Bet the Bears -2.5 over the Vikings in this NFC North clash.
Jacksonville Jaguars at Denver Broncos
- Spread Odds: Denver Broncos -3.0
- Total: 38.5
Denver is still looking for its first win this season, but its schedule has not been easy. The Broncos were competitive against the Bears and Packers, and that makes them the slight favorites in this game.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have rookie Gardner Minshew playing quarterback for them, and he has been terrific. Jacksonville doesn’t have many other offensive weapons, and its defense has struggled this season.
Look for the Broncos defense to lead the way in getting Denver its first win of the season.
Dallas Cowboys at New Orleans Saints
- Spread Odds: Dallas Cowboys -2.5
- Total: 47.0
Sunday Night Football features a pair of NFC heavyweights. New Orleans will still be without quarterback Drew Brees, but Teddy Bridgewater was terrific in Week 3. The Saints are +2.5 point underdogs at home in New Orleans, and that doesn’t happen often.
Dallas has dominated its first three opponents this season, but its schedule has been weak. The Cowboys will finally face a real defense in this game, and that will slow them down. Dallas is good, but they aren’t better than the Saints.
Take the +2.5 points and bet the New Orleans Saints in this game.
Cincinnati Bengals at Pittsburgh Steelers
Spread Odds: Pittsburgh Steelers -4.0
Some team should get their first win of the season on Monday night when the Steelers host the Bengals. Both teams have been close at times this season, but winning games has been a struggle. There likely won’t be a ton of points scored in this game.
Andy Dalton has thrown for close to 1,000 yards this season, and the Bengals have been moving the ball well. The Steelers just don’t have much talent on offense, but their defense can still get the job done.
Bet the Pittsburgh Steelers -4.0 over the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday night.
