Super Bowl Odds 2020
Despite being months away, Super Bowl betting lines are skyrocketing. The two most popular teams? The Cleveland Browns and the Chicago Bears are getting the most Super Bowl bets at the moment. Likely, this is due to their great Super Bowl odds. The Browns stand at 10-1 odds, with the Bears just under that at 9-1.
Furthermore, annual favorites the New England Patriots are at 7-1 to claim another Super Bowl after last year’s win. Likewise, the Kansas City Chiefs are at 7-1 as well. Then, the Saints out of New Orleans are providing some longshot odds at 17-2.

What’s the spread on the Super Bowl?
Super Bowl LIII is set to be one of the closer matchups in recent Super Bowl history. So, it comes as no surprise that NFL Super Bowl odds reflect the closeness between the two teams. This year, the Super Bowl spread on most major sportsbooks range from -2/2.5 for New England and +2/2.5 for the Rams, essentially giving the Rams a field goal head start.
As we just said, the current Super Bowl odds, with a +/-2.5 Super Bowl point spread, sees the Patriots as slight favorites, giving 1.87 odds to the Rams 1.95. Similarly, the Super Bowl spread odds aren’t that different to the Super Bowl line odds. These see the Patriots around 1.72 and the Rams closer to 2.15. Remember, the current Super Bowl odds may change before the start of the game.
While the 2.5 points may seem unlikely to make a difference in the outcome of your bet, the two teams are evenly matched. Therefore, this will likely lead to a close game. On the other hand, both high powered offenses could break out and win the game by a significant margin, leaving the spread in the dust. In either outcome, it seems unlikely that the score will run inside the spread, making betting on the spread lucrative for New England bettors. On the flip side, this makes things less lucrative for Rams fans.

Super Bowl Predictions: Patriots or Rams?
Both the Rams and Patriots come into the Super Bowl with tremendous momentum after winning their divisions in close games. If you recall, the Rams won out over the Saints, whereas the Kansas City Chiefs lost to the Pats. With the NFL Super Bowl odds at 2.15(Rams) to 1.72(Pats), it’s clear that the Patriots are considered slight favorites by the experts who know the game best.
It should be noted, however, that the LA Rams had the more successful regular season with a record of 13-3 compared to the Patriots record of 11-5. The lower Super Bowl odds on the Patriots are likely based on the experience both QB Tom Brady and Head Coach Bill Belichick have together at the Super Bowl. Combined, they have 9 appearances over their careers. On the other hand, Rams QB Darren Goff and Head Coach Sean McVay will both see their first Super Bowl.
Though both teams were considered underdogs in their division matchups they come through in the fourth quarter with game-winning drives. With the NFL Super Bowl odds so close together it may come down to which team has the ball at the end or which team commits the least amount of turnovers.
At the moment, betting either way on the Super Bowl betting odds can lead to a solid payday. However, with two high-powered offenses and great coaching on both sides, this Super Bowl prediction is: too close to call.

Super Bowl Prop Bets & Odds
One of the great aspects of betting on NFL Super Bowl odds is the fact that everything from the Super Bowl betting line and Super Bowl spread to the coin toss and length of the national anthem can be wagered on.
Some of the more popular prop bets include player duels, such as Brady Vs. Goff and Gurley III Vs. Michel. Single players bets for popular players such as Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman are available on some major betting sites as well. Usually, the NFL Super Bowl odds on these bets pay close to even money. In contrast, Over/Under bets for each half and Total Points bets are also available to round out the prop bets.
While two of the favorites ended up at Super Bowl 53, a number of teams put up a fight. naturally, this could’ve led to a different result if a few plays went another way. Wild card teams such as the Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks had hot ends to the regular season, continuing that form into the playoffs.
Unfortunately, the Cowboys got Rammed after taking out the Seahawks in the first round. Expect both teams to be around next year, along with the Kansas City Chiefs, for some great pre-season NFL Super Bowl odds.
